Likelyhood of fraud in Ohio… Don’t let that happen!

Ohio’s election is so broken that President Bush should tell the Justice Department to intervene, a congressional leader says.
House Minority Leader John Boehner of suburban Cincinnati asked Bush today to “direct” the Justice Department to order Ohio officials to enforce the 2002 election law known as the Help America Vote Act.
Many vigil-ers will want to focus on Ohio.. especially if you are from there.

President Bush shouldn’t get involved. The courts ruled that the decision to not throw out names is the right legal finding and the Supreme Court won’t overrule that finding. The reality is ten or even a million bad voter registrations doesn’t mean a thing if they don’t vote and if the IDs are bogus they can’t get a ballot. Let’s keep the Executive Branch and political leaders out of these decisions.
